Herbal Heroes

Herbs have been revered throughout history for their curative, medicinal, culinary, fragrant and magical properties!
In this practical and informative workshop we shall explore many well-known herbs, rediscover their folklore, history, properties and varied uses in food, health and beauty. During the session you will create three herb-inspired botanical blends: one for culinary use and two for beauty, using a variety of fresh and dried herbs and essential oils.
Includes notes, materials, and three finished herbal products to take home plus ideas and suggestions for culinary and beauty use.
