A Pavement Prowl in Balham
Another chance to find out about the plants growing at your feet – long may they continue

A second walk around this area where we found over 50 species last year.

Roy is a renowned botanist specialising in plant-lore and also president of the SLBI, as well as the author of Vickery’s Folk Flora.

NB Participants are limited to the numbers currently permitted by the government regarding social distancing, presently 6 people at 1+ metres, should that change we will update the ticket availability.

Roy will not be wearing a mask for audio reasons i.e. so that he can be heard, but will be happy to should any participant prefer him to.

Meeting point: Junction of Sistova Rd with Bedford Hill.
A 5 minute walk from Balham stations, no toilets.

Tickets: Donations only please

The SLBI is a registered charity for botanical education. It supports people of all ages and backgrounds in learning about plants.
