Aromatherapy for Winter Wellness 2.30 – 5.30 pm
This hands-on workshop will introduce you to essential oils to support your well-being this Winter, and guide you through their basic applications.
You will receive course notes and make your own therapeutic Aromatherapy blend to take away with you to share with friends and family.
Led by Julie Bowles, MIFPA Aromatherapist and massage therapist practising with Neal’s Yard Remedies and her own clinic in London.
