Butterfly walk
24th July, 11:00 - 13:00
£10.00
Join Anna Guerin and Edwin Malins for a walk around Streatham Common, Norwood Grove and other green spaces looking for midsummer butterflies. The walk will focus on the plants that different butterflies need to survive and thrive, and how to choose plants in our gardens, parks and green spaces to benefit these beautiful insects.
Start and finish point: Outside the Rookery Cafe on Streatham Common, SW16 3BZ (toilets available).
Terrain: A mixture of surfaced and unsurfaced paths, with some undulation.
Anna Guerin and Edwin Malins are butterfly enthusiasts with extensive experience of engaging and enthusing people with these fascinating insects, whilst also conserving and creating habitats through their new joint venture, Brimstones Partnership.
