Wednesday, 19th August 2020, 10:00 - 15:30

Making Summer Memorable – Pond Dipping and Habitats
What’s living in our pond? Make your own mini-wormery

One of six bookable workshops, part of Lambeth’s Making Summer Memorable Programme, organised by Sarah Webley, our Education Co-ordinator.

Take a look into our little pond to see what you can find and help us to make a mini container pond, search for habitats in the SLBI garden and create your own mini-wormery to take home.

2 daily bookable sessions: 10 – 11.30 am and 2 – 3.30 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during August for children aged 7 – 13 with one carer.

£5 refundable deposit per child (carer is free)

Please check our website for the latest Covid-19 requirements

The SLBI is a registered charity for botanical education. It supports people of all ages and backgrounds in learning about plants. By making a donation with your booking you will help to sustain our work with school children, families and the wider community. As a small charity, any amount you can give, large or small, will be warmly appreciated and make an enormous difference
