Nature beneath our Feet

Hundreds of plant species are thought to be growing on the pavements of London. These plants are often dismissed as “weeds”, yet they form a key part of our urban biodiversity. Sophie will explore some of the common or surprising plants that can be encountered whilst walking in the city, and highlight ways to make these plants more accepted in our streets.
