Celebrating our urban trees

Roy Vickery will lead this walk taking a look at the trees growing in the urban sprawl of South London’s Streatham Park area. He will be celebrating the wide variety that survive and thrive in our city streets.

Roy is a renowned botanist specialising in plant-lore and also president of the SLBI, as well as the author of Vickery’s Folk Flora.

NB Participants are limited to the numbers currently permitted by the government regarding social distancing, presently 6 people at 1+ metres, should that change we will update the ticket availability.

Roy will not be wearing a mask for audio reasons i.e. so that he can be heard, but will be happy to should any participant prefer him to.

Tickets £10 Meet at the junction of Thrale Road with Ullathorne Road.
