Watercolour Workshop in the SLBI Garden
Saturday, 12th September 2020, 14:00 - 17:00
The SLBI garden and plants will be used as inspiration for producing a watercolour. Julie will be a demonstrating how to stretch paper and you also will learn about different techniques such as the wet and wet technique and using salt.
A viewfinder will be used to experiment with the composition.
Basic watercolour boxes, brushes, and one piece of A4 watercolour paper, can be provided, but it would be preferable if you have watercolour sketchbooks, your own watercolour boxes and brushes.
Please enter by our side garden gate and bring an apron or an old shirt to paint in and something to drink. There is a loo but the kitchen in unavailable at present. We will be observing the current distancing and face covering procedures.
