Tasting and pairing of Sipsmith botanical gins and Rococo chocolates with Sam Smallman from Rococo chocolates.

A relaxed, enjoyable evening in historic surroundings with a guided tour of award winning chocolatiers Rococo chocolates’ new Spring collection, how they use botanicals, and seasonal ingredients as inspiration for their creations.  Quiz Sam on all things chocolate and learn about the production, ethics and history of the cocoa bean.

Sipsmith botanical gins with also be paired alongside for an added taste experience.
