Painting in Botanical Art – Beginners

This workshop will be an excellent introduction to botanical illustration using watercolour and is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who hae some basic drawing and painting experience.  It will include: Exploring colour theory with an introduction to the colour wheel, mixing colours to achieve observed colours, using complementary contrasts to good effect, experimenting with shades of greens and greys and understandingbthe use of white in watercolour.
