Exploring Nonsuch Park

Saturday, 28th October 2023, 13:15 - 16:00
Exploring Nonsuch Park
Join the SLBI and June Chatfield to explore the park and its Veteran trees

Nonsuch Park is a large open space that is home to a variety of different species of flowers, birds and insects. Join June Chatfield to explore the park and its Veteran trees. Autumn colours will be in full swing and perhaps we’ll spot some fungi.

June Chatfield OBE is the author of ‘How to begin the study of Mosses and Liverworts’. She has had a lifelong interest in moss and liverworts with a career as a college lecturer, museum curator, author and consultant. June has been made an OBE for services to conservation and natural history education.

Refreshments are available at the Mansion House Café both before and after the walk.
