Orchid Survey in Inner London Boroughs

SLBI member Geoffrey Norman will be leading a survey of wild orchids growing in inner London boroughs south of the Thames including Merton, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and Greenwich.

The SLBI aims to record the orchid locations and help the landowners or responsible bodies to be aware of these plants so they can take steps to encourage their conservation.

Want to get involved? If you noted any orchids in the relevant boroughs during 2023, please email details of the species and the location to: [email protected]
